On June 4, it was reported that Tennessee authorities arrested five people who were accused of being involved in a large drug operation. The actual raids occurred on May 30 at two different locations, one of which was for a residence in Goodlettsville while the second was for a residence on Braxton Park Lane in Nashville.
Three people were initially taken into custody and charged with a number of drug and firearms offenses, including possession of THC oil and possession of a firearm during a dangerous drug felony. Agents were taken by one of the individuals to another residence that was located on Music Row. Two other individuals at this location were taken into custody. They were charged with conspiracy to distribute marijuana within a certain distance of a drug-free zone and conspiracy to distribute THC oil and waxes.
During the raids, law enforcement agencies reportedly seized 70 pounds of marijuana, LSD, ecstasy and approximately 500 vials of THC oil cartridges. Agents also claim to have found approximately $113,000 in cash. An SUV, two motorcycles and several firearms were reportedly seized during the raids.
